About Rebekah Wright
I became an attorney because I believe access to health care should not depend on a person’s income, insurance, or circumstances. When I began working with people harmed by inadequate medical care in jails and prisons, I saw how urgently that belief needed defending. I now focus my practice on seeking accountability for failures in correctional health care.
I am especially committed to changing how correctional systems respond to opioid use disorder and other substance use disorders. These are medical conditions. People living with them need treatment and a path toward recovery, not punishment in place of care.
At Turn Key Justice, I listen to people and families whose concerns were dismissed, investigate what happened, and work to make their voices heard.
My Approach
I start by listening.
These cases involve people’s health, lives, and trust. I approach them with careful investigation, candid communication, and a commitment to seeking accountability where it belongs.
